Actual words that appears on your website page plays the same importance as your title tag. Your need to have a content that really explains what your want to say to visitors. You need or at least try to include all the keyword phrases in the content itself to optimize it.

The reason why you need to this is because as a visitor reads your website to understand what your are talking about, the search engine too reads your website in its own way to understand the page. Guess what it is looking for? The Keyword Phrases!

It is recommended in as many pages you should have at least 100 words or more in one page. Make sure your words form a logical sentences and does not look like you are arranging them just for the search engine to capture. You could get blacklist for this mistake.

Some smart people will line up keywords in a page having the same color as the background color of that particular page. The result will be that the visitor will not be able to see the words, but the search engine will see it. It is a cheating way to spam the search engine. Sorry, nowadays the search engine will know this and will ignore or possibly punish the site.
