Image map codes
(the codes that makes up an image) does not mix well with search engine
spiders and often the spiders alway get trapped with the codes and will
not index your site. It is simple, if the spider could not index and
follow your image map codes properly, it will not be able to go to the
next page linked to the current page via the image navigation.
It is highly recommended you use a HTML hyperlinks. But if you still
insist to have image map, please have a HTML links at the site. It can
be a small HTML navigation map that has the same link to the site as the
image map. This will solve all your problem.
