Flash normally
being used when someone enters a homepage. Sometimes, the entire page is
made of flash and there are no content. Search engines can not index a
page that being created entirely with flash. If you want to be indexed,
you need to have some contents and you should do search engine
optimization to the fullest of your ability to the title tag and meta
tags for the page.

Another common problem with flash is when it is used as a hyperlink.
Search engines can not read and follow a hyperlink that is made of
flash. A search engine normally will read and follow a HTML hyperlinks
from one page to another. Therefore, if the hyperlink is made of flash,
you have a broken link as far as the search engine concern. To avoid
this, just do a navigation map with standard hyperlinks to all the pages
and have in every page a link back to the navigation map. This will
solve your problem. |
